How long in Snape/Harry Fandom:5 years, I think. Things I do in fandom (reader, writer, artist, vidder, mod, beta, newsletter editor, reccer, lurker, squee-er):Read. Lurk. Read some more. favorite Snape/Harry themes: I'll read almost anything, but I love forced bonding, H/C, anything with grown-up Harry and Harry's kids, and slave!fic. OTPer or do you sail on many ships? If so, which ones? Can't see Snape with anyone else, but I'll read well-written Drarry or Drapery. I like stories where Draco is with someone unexpected (ie., Ron or Neville). I have been known to abandon stories that are poorly written, or contain too many grammatical/mechanical errors, or too many "Americanisms" (U.S. slang instead of British is one of my pet peeves). I read fanfiction because I love the original characters, so if they are written too OOC, I am not interested. Canon or fanon?:I can no longer remember which is which. Nor do I care.
Other fandom(s):I started years ago in Xena, moved quickly on to Buffy, then CSI, but it's been nothing but HP for years. Anything else you'd like us to know:I read voraciously, but I am bad about commenting. I'm trying to be more conscientious, as I am really grateful to all you writers for feeding my habit. I have read so widely in the HP world, particularly Snarry, that I have become fairly good at identifying writers in anonymous fests. There are some writers in this fandom that are so talented, I will read anything they write. When there is not much new fic being posted, I love to go to WTP and see what the random story generator kicks up, although it's getting harder to find something I haven't already read!
