I actually wrote out what I'd say in my comment on this ahead of time, and during the angst part. You will note that it does not *quite* apply with the ending you gave it, but that means I am more than grateful for the discrepancy. Snape is dead. We are all going to die. Eventually. Until then... BRING ON THE SNARRY! :D
Here is my comment of this:
(The Nose Scene) You made me want to get out a rule and measure it. Until you, I had no idea what 'c-ck worship' truly meant. There is this... reverence to it, the way Harry handles it (pun not intended by grinned over, regardless^^), cautiously and yet willingly, gentle and with understanding that this is what he wants, and he is not disappointed, and he just keep worshipping it respectfully the more he discovers of it. So beautiful.
(Snape's Voice) Best Snape voice ever.
Reading this was akin to 'unwrapping' the story, layer by layer, apreciating at every step, getting enjoyment at every next part as it came. (pun not indended, but XD that it fit^^).
I like what you are saying with every. single. word. Maybe it's because I. read. the. entire. story. like. this. but. I. enjoyed. taking. my. time. with. this. sweet. thing. (I'll never guess who you are; I wouldn't know where to start.):
Thank you for writing this.
Now as for the humour part of this: I really enjoyed Snape being House-like by taking the one aspect of House I still cannot disagree with. :) You took the one good thing House had, and made Snape say it, leading to snarry goodness closeness! :)
