Prompt: #343 - What if Lily and James had twins? After that fateful Halloween night, one goes missing/kidnapped while Lily is out shopping never to be seen again and the remaining twin grows up spoiled.(Voldemort was vanquished for good that Halloween) Breaking hearts left and right, not caring who he hurts. Including his Potions Professor he has seduced during the last weeks of his 7th year. Three years later, the Missing Twin, Harry has appeared in London looking for his parents and brother. (say he was finally told what had happen all those years ago. A distraught woman stole him after loosing her own baby? And she's come clean) The first person Harry meets is Severus Snape at the school or in London at the Leaky Cauldron.
Summary: Severus decides he deserves happiness.

To be honest I didn't think I was going to like this because I haven't read a 'Harry has a twin and they get separated' story before I like but this was so totally different and I just loved it.

I really liked the relationship between Harry and Severus and how they interacted and teased each other, so natural and Severus let himself feel for a 'Potter' again which I think was very brave though I know he didn't really think of Harry as a 'Potter'.

The ending couldn't have been better I was dying to punch Michael and dare I say James as well so Harry doing that was just brilliant.

I so totally loved this story that I'm going to go read it again, it was funny, charming and most of all Harry vindicated Severus by punching Michael :D

Lovely, lovely work, very original - I must say I adored your Harry - he and Severus were the perfect match for each other's wit. Poor Severus getting drawn in by that spoiled Michael - I did clap for Harry when he got his own back! :D I loved all your descriptions of things at Harry's cottage, like the plants and the food, and how their dates slowly got more serious (all those times they touched and Severus stopped himself kissing Harry made my heart ache!). A beautiful story!

Very enjoyable!
I, too, wasn't sure I would like this, I'm not usually fond of AR fics where too much is changed, but I loved the slow development of the Snarry relationship. I can also see a pampered child of the Potter's being as awful as Michael. *kicks him*
The teasing was sweet, the little hints of Harry's non-British upbringing were fun, and the ending was lovely and satisfying. :)

	Like your first commentor said, I had never read a twin!Harry story before so I started it with a bit of trepidation. I'm so glad I did! 	Ok, this is the second time this week when I read a promp and thought it was a bad idea but the fic turned out to be amazing. Good job, I liked it greatly. Kind of sad we got no hot smex but otherwise GREAT. I have only one problem, Harry's accent sounded more like a southern USA accent than a kiwi. Lol (Reply to this) (Thread)

	I think this is the first time I've read a Harry with a twin story--and boy was he a piece of work! Very much what could have happened to a son of James Potter who grew up with him. 	Harry with shaggy hair!! I liked how he developed this completely unique personality away from the WW. Michael was a real little shit...I liked the slowly evolving relationship between Harry and Severus - seemed believable. Really well done. (Reply to this) (Thread)

	This is a very interesting take on what would happen should Harry have ever been two people, in reality - one the unwanted, despicable boy whose existence Snape dreands and despises, and the other the boy whom he is very fond of. Not many are inspired to write just such an interesting 'other side' story, with such interesting results. Thank you for writing this. :) (Reply to this)
