The theme is so apropos. Snape is very much the acrobat with his double life, constantly risking his safety as he performs for two masters. And Harry, in his garish Gryffindor colors - love that substitution! - is sometimes just a puppet, always on stage.
I really love your technique here - the stark outlines of their shapes, filled in with the soft wash of colour. It makes a delightful contrast, which I think also underscores how ambivalent their situations are, always half clear and half fuzzy. So much of their lives is fated and trapped by circumstance, yet so much also is constantly, wildly unpredictable. I fancy their poses and expressions show their response to this: Snape is expert, yet miserable, and Harry is uncertain, but sharing his optimism.
