Summary: After the war Harry goes to collect Snape’s body and is surprised to find him still alive. From 1998 through to 2002, Severus and Harry exchange owls and have a series of chance encounters. In the meantime, George Weasley is trying to get over the death of his brother and after a number of years of research finally finds a spell which he is convinced will bring Fred back. The spell backfires and Severus and Harry are caught in the middle of it all. With a spell gone wrong, a freak snow storm, misunderstandings, numerous career changes, some Muggle musical theatre and a bit of Johnny Cash along the way, is there any hope that Severus and Harry will work through the muddle to get their happy ending?
