Below you'll find a list of all the sign-ups submitted by our participants. COMMENTS WILL NOT BE ENABLED UNTIL 1 PM EST ON TUESDAY, OCT 25. In order to make a claim, simply reply to this post and tell us the number of the sign-up you'd like to fulfill. Comments are screened to preserve anonymity. Each sign-up can be claimed only once, and as they're taken they'll be struck off the list. We'll be monitoring the post closely and crossing out sign-ups as they're claimed.

Although you will only fulfill one sign-up, we ask that you identify 3 sign-ups you are willing to claim. If someone else claims your first choice before you get the chance to do it, you'll automatically get your second choice. You will only be given your third choice if both your first and second choice have already been claimed. Even though we will be striking out the sign-ups as soon as they're claimed, there's no guarantee you'll get your first choice. Flexibility is the key for this fest. If you are willing to create something for any of the sign-ups, please indicate that in your claim and you will be assigned last. A mod will confirm your assignment via e-mail. PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FILTERS!

The gift you create does NOT have to include all prompt suggestions and likes in your recipient's sign-up. But it should include at least one as well as none of their dislikes.

IMPORTANT: Comments will be enabled at one pm (EST) on Tuesday, Oct 25 and you may begin claiming sign-ups. Participants will be asked to make their claims by Oct 28. At that point we will email all participants who did not claim a sign-up. Anyone who does not claim a sign-up by October 31 will be considered to have dropped out and gifts created for them will be gifted to the community. Participants who volunteered to pinch-hit will be contacted beginning Nov 1.

Completed pieces are due by Monday, November 28 and should be emailed to spfestmod AT gmail DOT com. Please remember this exchange is designed to be for smaller gifts (500 to 3,000 word fic, art without detailed background and/or color, a small group of icons). Entries do not have to be holiday themed. As long as it's Snarry, that's all the celebration we need.
