Snarry Introductory Post/Friending Meme...

It's been two whole years since we've had an introductory post/friending meme. It's a good way to find some interesting new people here and reacquaint yourself with some old friends. If you're anything like us, you might find that several people who you thought you had friended ages ago somehow managed to slip through the cracks. So here's your chance to add them!

Comment below with as much or as little as you want to tell other Snape and Harry fans about yourself. Even just a line or two about who you are and what you do in Snape/Harry fandom is welcome.

And for those those who are interested in potentially adding some new friends, you may want to copy and paste the template below and fill out your responses from there.

How long in Snape/Harry Fandom: I wrote my first Snarry fic in 2006, but I was lurking a bit before that. I mostly disappeared around 2008 for a few years before coming back with a vengeance... and now I'm here to stay. :D
Things I do in fandom (reader, writer, artist, vidder, mod, beta, newsletter editor, reccer, lurker, squee-er): Write, primarily. However, I do a bit of beta-reading, primarily for

alisanne, and am an editor for the

sshp_prophet. I also helped with some modly duties for

hp_getlucky this year. I try to read as much as possible, but that's admittedly less than I'd like to these days. Oh, and I squee. Naturally.
Favorite Snape/Harry themes: Oh, so many. I liiiive for flangst. I love creative takes on familiar tropes. Hurt/comfort, protective!Snape and protective!Harry, as well as Jealous!Snape and Jealous!Harry are also faves.
OTPer or do you sail on many ships? If so, which ones? In HP, I am strictly Snarry. There are other pairings I could get behind, but when I get online for some HP loving, Snarry is the only pairing I seek out.
Canon or fanon?: Since I'm still bitter about Snape's ultimate storyline and how one of the most complex characters in the series was reduced to a trite "he did it all and only for love," I'm going to say fandom. I prefer my Snape to be interesting and to have motivation beyond unrequited love for an idealized woman. Woopsies, some of my bitterness is showing. *tucks it away*

Other fandom(s): I don't do much fanfic reading in it, but I squee for Doctor Who, Orphan Black, Supernatural, and Merlin.
Anything else you'd like us to know: I love Snarry and I love friends! Shocker, I know. :P But I do always love getting to know new people so feel free to friend away!
