Title: Healthy Alternatives, III
Challenge: The Great Hall - Welcoming Feast
Word Count: 100
Note: this is yet another Motherless Child drabble series, set about two months after Snape and Lupin have adopted their werewolf son, John.

Dear Miss Goyle, et al.:

Professor Snape and I have carefully considered your petition. After due consideration and research, the following dietary changes will be made, effective with the Welcoming Feast:

- Pulses and other green vegetables.
- Brown rice and other whole grain products.
- Soy milk will be available upon request.
- Although there is no room in the Great Hall for a "salad bar," fresh fruit and raw vegetables will be offered at all meals.

Should you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us. Please enjoy the rest of your summer.

Sincerely,

Minerva McGonagall
Headmistress
