Notes: This is what happens when I have a quiet night at work and my brain chemistry is free to ferment. ;-) One more contribution to the road trip started byzephyr_macabee and continued by alisanne.
After long hours in the cramped confines of the microbus, Severus was looking forward to some Quality Time in a real bed.
"Video games!" Harry lurched past Severus, plopping in front of the motel room's telly.
"What?" said Draco.
"You poor deprived pureblood." Harry patted the floor. "Sit down."
And, to Severus' dismay, Harry and Draco were soon lost in play, thumbs darting madly over two controllers.
Severus cleared his throat. "I'll just... fend for myself, then?"
"Malfoy, I own you!"
"You wish, Potter!"
"Right." Severus pulled a bottle of oil out of his suitcase and headed for the bath.
