Greetings!
Hello, all! My name is Clare and, as you can see, I'm new around here. I bring you Meg Llewellyn, sixth-year Ravenclaw, who is pleased to meet you all. (Well, maybe not everyone...) Let's see, brief summary of what she's like... Sarcastic and a bit abrasive when she's uncomfortable (such as with new people), but chatty and loyal to friends. Loves to learn and ask questions and does not shy away from eavesdropping. Also likes to be helpful, and loves to sew, in addition to being quite stylish. Muggleborn and not entirely happy about it.

So, friends? Ex-friends? Mortal enemies? Let us know! I'm not much of an AIM person, but I'm always available by email (gwraig.annwn@gmail.com).

Hey, welcome! I'm Alison, one of the mods, and I've got five for you though she'll probably only know three.

Firstly, there's

luca_quinn, 6th year Puff. They're alike in some ways, and I'm not sure if that will work for or against them. He alternates between shy and silent and sarcastic and abrasive when meeting people, and even when he's with friends, he's still fairly withdrawn and tactless. He's painfully insecure and not especially talkative unless you get him started on the right subject though he does care deeply about his friends. If he somehow learned about her father, he would be able to relate a lot because his relationship with his parents has been strained since he was accepted to Hogwarts. But I'm not really sure how they'd get along otherwise. He's not the type to start a conversation or pursue some sort of relationship so she'd have to initiate it, which I'm not sure she'd do. But he'd like her, I think, it's just a question of how they could be thrown together.

My other 6th year is

amaury_girard, a Slytherin. He's a sweetheart with a huge hero complex. He's fairly quiet but he's perfectly friendly and charming once you're talking to him, but he's just not the sort to talk to absolutely everyone. He may be initially put off by her rudeness, but since they would have known each other for awhile, he's probably figured out that it just stems from discomfort so he wouldn't really hold it against her. So maybe they could be friends?

Then there's

kgoldstein, 7th year Claw. Katherine is really outspoken and opinionated, and, combined with the fact that she completely lacks any sort of tact, she can be a bit overwhelming or intimidating. She can be sort of bossy at times, but she generally means well. She wouldn't be at all bothered by how Meg acts when she meets people; if anything, Katherine would think it's fun because she's all for sarcasm :P If she got to know her better, she'd be curious about why she acts the way she does and she'd probably ask her about it because she sees no reason why she can't ask personal questions like that. But it'd depend on how Meg took to her.

And then I have two more 7th years,

sebastiengirard and

jude_foster, Slytherin and Gryffindor respectively. I don't think there's too much with either of them. Bastien has probably flirted with her, and I'm not sure how she would have taken to that. And she may know Jude, depending on who she's friends with, or maybe they just had some random run-in if you want them to meet :D

All of their profiles are in their journals though it may be easier to read them in the achieves in the mod account because I haven't gotten around to friending you back in all of them. So any ideas? Oh, and if you have GT, you can always IM me at amethystwind89@gmail.com

Hm, Luca sounds interesting but like he and Meg would never get a chance to have a good impression of each other, heh. Maybe if they were introduced by a mutual friend? It definitely sounds like she and Amaury would get along fairly well. Katherine too. I think Meg would like being around her. Oh, and she would probably flirt back with Bastien, if only because she likes the attention!

Hm. Maybe. I think they'd run in entirely different circles though. Though maybe through Evan Longbottom. I don't know. Maybe they were partners in something? That's always a good way to get characters to know each other :P

Awesome. She can be friends with both of them :D

In that case, Bastien would be much more interested in her. I'm not really sure how they'd get along otherwise, but Bastien would have no problem being friendly with her, if only so he can ~~get into her pants~~ try and date her.

Hi there! I'm Lauren, and I've two to backstory with.

This one's Cal(lum) Gallagher, seventh year Muggleborn Ravenclaw Quidditch Captain. He plays Chaser, too, so they'll know each other quite well. Cal's extremely analytic (loves chess, Runes, and mysteries), is a born leader, wears his heart on his sleeve, is ever the gentleman, and can get violent when he gets upset (though toward blokes only). He's also recently started dating Audrey Boot (whom you'll meet soon), who will be her suitemate. Cal will banter with her sarcastically but good-naturedly. It kinda depends what she thinks of him.

My other one's Evie Wood (

speaksoftly), sixth year Hufflepuff. Her best friends are Audrey and Rose Weasley, so she would definitely know Meg. Evie's a half-blood (mum's a Muggle, dad is Oliver Wood), and is extremely shy. She's horribly awkward around boys (though she is developing a thing with Veejay), and is a brilliant violinist, but she doesn't like anyone to know it. She is definitely not one to pursue friendships, but if Meg ends up being friendly with Audrey and Rose, they'll at least be somewhat in touch. :D

	Hi Lauren! Yeah, definitely sounds like Cal and Meg would get along quite well--heck, they'd have to! I imagine she'd be somewhat friendly with Evie--since she's best friends with her suitemates she'd be fairly comfortable around her. (Reply to this) (Parent)

Hello, Clare!

I'm Jade, one of the mods - yes, I'm using the mod account because I'm updating a few things here ;D I have five characters and here they are:

audreyboot - Audrey Boot - 6th yr Ravenclaw, her roommate! (yay!) She's basically a friendly, sweet, science-nerd (some call her a genius but she's too modest to actually agree, although she will admit that she's smart sometimes) who is rather innocent because of her family background; basically, she has two older twin brothers -NPC- who would be a 7th yr Gryff and a 7th yr Claw- who are overprotective, leaving her quite sheltered and innocent. And she tends to overanalyze things (or tries to in a scientific way). I think she'd get along with Meg, and possibly could be one of her friends that she could be comfortable around with? Especially since they've been roommates for almost six years? But that's all up to you! If you think Meg won't like her, that's cool. Audrey would still be friendly and pleasant (she wouldn't want to make an enemy of a roommate), but Audrey would just be quieter around her. She's BFF with Rose Weasley (another roommate of theirs) as well as Eve (who you met above), and rather close to Amaury and Caiden. She's just started to date Cal, so I think if Meg and Audrey are friends, we could play around the irrational jealousy bit you had in her personality? All up to you! ;D

misshiggs - Elizabeth Higgs - 7th year Claw / Head Girl. She's pleasant and would probably be sisterly to Meg if they met and became friends early on. Again, up to you. If not, casual acquaintances? or just normal friends? Liz is friendly, polite, personable.

lukespencer - Luke Spencer - 7th year Lion / Quidditch Beater. He'll at least know her through Quidditch, but Luke's loud and fun and a bit immature and loves to prank and have harmless fun and joke around. He's taken a bit of a brotherly role to a few characters, like Eve, Daniel, Bryan, as he's pure Gryffindor and fights/stands up for the little guy (and hates it when they get bullied or pushed around). He'd probably introduce himself at the very least, especially after seeing her around the Quidditch pitch.

addymontague - Addison Montague - 7th year Snake / Quidditch chaser/captain. He'll know her through Quidditch but probably not much else? Katherine Goldstein HATES him and Rose Weasley is suspicious of him, mainly because he's a gentleman who is very diplomatic and "agreeable" and polite and doesn't take sides (except in Quidditch) and is very "neutral"; and if Meg is on better terms with them, they could influence her opinion of him; or rather, they probably just don't know each other well enough to form an opinion.

naturesong - Emmeline Song - 5th yr Puff. She's on the Quidditch reserve team, so she'd recognize Meg at least, but since they're different houses/years, it would depend if they ran into each other outside. She's nature girl -loves both plants and animals- and confident and happy and a bit innocent as well.

I think that's it? Let me know if you have any ideas.

Also, there is a 5-5-5 info sheet (link is on the mod account, table of contents under character archive). If you could fill that out, it would be appreciated ;) Sometimes it helps so we all know what's different between what our characters know of each other versus what we all know about them ;D. And the PB blurb is up too. If you'd like me to change Meg's description, let me know :D

Hi Jade! Yeah, sounds like Audrey and Meg would definitely be friends. They could analyze stuff together! Not sure if the irrational jealousy thing would be really interesting, since Meg would be used to her being closer to other people than to her.

Oh, I really like the idea of Meg having a "big sister". Especially since Elizabeth is a pureblood and could maybe have taught her early on about wizarding life?

I think Meg would get along with Luke, though probably not close friends. She would most likely only think of Addison in Quidditch terms--same for Emmeline.

I will get to that 5-5-5 when I get a chance!

Audrey/Meg: Okay, so good friends then? Audrey is friends with many of the characters, although to varying degrees. She's friends with Tacey (another roommate of theirs) but Tacey butts heads with Rosie, so she is often the middle-man there. But she loves to analyze so if Meg doesn't mind her quirk, then I can see Audrey opening up to her :D Haha, and btw, Audrey has never dated before. Cal is the first guy she's ever liked (that her brothers haven't tried to kill ;D) so it's all new to her and she's nervous (and scared and does her overanalyzing bit in front of her girlfriends).

Liz: ok, that sounds fine. So, they probably met then in Meg's first year and Liz's second? And developed a big sister/ little sister sort of relationship? That will then open Meg up to knowing more of the 7th yr ravenclaws like Kris, Katherine (who you've met above), Cal (who she will also know through Audrey), Blair, and the rest.

Luke: haha no problem. Luke gets along with everyone! Except for a certain 6th yr snake named Bradfield. ;P

Hi! I'm Ivan and I'm also one of the crazy ones that have five characters.

Firstly we have Alubs Severus Potter here. And yes, he is that Albus, lol. He is a sixth year Slytherin, rather reserved at time. Bookish and smart. But he is really nice and he's got loads of ambition.

Then we have have Evan Longbottom

energeticevan, sixth year Hufflepuff, son of Neville and Susan Bones. He's extremely lovable and plays quidditch and likes to goof off. He's also prefect, though some would say he needs to take that title more seriously. He's gernally a nice guys and most people get along with him.

Next we have Dana Davies

datemedana, fifth year Ravenclaw. SHe has a bit of a superiority complex and she's spoiled. But most people actually like her because it's becoming on her or something, idk. She also plays Quidditch, beater to be exact. She's also a lesbian, and open about it, but she doesn't go around announcing it, ya know?

Then there is Jewel Thomas

ararejewel, daughter of Dean Thomas and Parvati Patil. She's a seventh year Gryffindor and a sweetheart with a streak of snark, I think. She's actually really peaceful, though, and doesn't like to fight or argue, but she'll stand up for her ideals if need be. Oh, and she's also quite funny.

Lastly there is Forrest Hopkins

forresthopping, 7th year Hufflepuff and sunshine sort of shines out of his arse. He's incredibly upbeat, to the point to where it annoys some people. He likes to glomp people and has a slight drinking problem.

So....any ideas?

Aww, so he did get sorted into Slytherin! I guess he learned to deal with it, huh? :-P I guess he and Meg would probably get along, though I don't know how well they'd know each other. Kind of the same for Evan. I think Meg would enjoy snarking at Dana if she deals with that kind of thing well, otherwise she'd be nice, and like her if only because of Quidditch--I feel like they'd either get along really well or completely rub each other the wrong way. I don't know if she'd know Jewel or Forrest, though she'd probably like Jewel and dislike Forrest a bit, for the upbeatness.

Hey, I'm Laura and I've got three to offer.

First, I have Rose Weasley here, 6th year Ravenclaw prefect and a very healthy blend of her parents Ron and Hermione. She and Meg would be roommates, so of mine, Rosie would likely be the one with the most to go on, but I'm not too sure if they'd get on that well, to be honest. Rosie is very set in her ways and can be competitive. She also doesn't think to highly of girls who spend too much time on gossip, clothes, boys or other girly things, and she thinks Quidditch is a waste of time. Rosie would be civil, but I'm not sure they'd be close. It depends on if they bonded well in their first year or not. Rosie wouldn't have taken well to any abrasiveness at the start, and would likely have only returned it doubly. I don't know if Meg would appreciate that or not?

Next, I have

liamfinn, Liam Finnigan, 6th year Gryffindor chaser and son of Seamus. He's a rather quiet fellow, generally, so Meg would have to approached him if they were to be friends. Otherwise, they'd likely only know each other vaguely through classes and quidditch.

And lastly, I have Richard Carmichael,

richest. 7th year Slytherin, keeper for the team and a real partier and playboy. Rich hits on pretty much anything in a skirt and drinks a lot; he's a generally jovial guy and also very wealthy. (And proud of it, among other things he's overtly proud of... XD) He's probably hit on her just for the hell of it, but unless she actually let him get somewhere, he's not very likely to remember her name most of the time. (He just doesn't pay a lot of attention to younger years.)

Interesting... I think in first year especially Meg would not have taken at all well to having her abrasiveness returned, so it sounds as though she and Rose would not get along at all well. She'd probably try to ignore Rose as much as possible, in fact.

Richard, on the other hand, she'd be interested in. She'll flirt back if flirted with--she kind of likes the attention and tries to encourage it--and if she know he's rich, she'd be interested in him because of that.

Hola Clare! I'm April!

I've three kidluns and I'll start with the one whose journal I'm on.

Lily Potter - She's my baby-girl! She's a fourth year Slytherin, but she's a bit old for her year and acts older than her age. She's grumpy, resistent to affection, likes to tease her friends, and is pretty sarcastic. HOWEVER. On the good side, she's kind of funny and would do anything for her friends. I'm not sure if they'd know each other, perhaps through Albus, but I don't know otherwise. =P UMMM. Lily would probably be a little put off perhaps; she likes being the sarcastic abrasive one.

NEXT IS Tacey Rivers! Whose first name is really Evelin, but is called Tacey so don't be confused. (

riverseve) She's a 6th year Ravenclaw so clearly a dorm mate of Meg's. She's weird, I'll start with that. She is so incredibly random, is VERY spacey, highly intelligent and does not do her school work! However, under her odd exterior she's really very sweet and she loves to draw, mostly people. Meg is really pretty so she probably gets drawn A LOT. Furthermore, Tacey would definitely like her! :D

And lastly, we have Henry! (

covetedhenry) He's a 7th year Hufflepuff whose hobbies include RUGBY, RUGBY, RUGBY, and making friends. He is the kind of guy who would throw his best coat down on the ground so a lady doesn't have to walk through a puddle and he likes to carry girls books. He dated Rosie, but I'm not sure that has any standing. Um, he'd love her because she's a girl and that's what he does. He thinks she's pretty but he likes to go after less girly girls, so perhaps they're just friends?

Yeah, if Meg knows who Lily is, she probably won't think much of her--just some obnoxious fourth year ;)

Woo, suitemates! Meg would definitely enjoy being drawn and I think she and Tacey would get along quite well. She would also be entertained by Tacey's randomness.

Yeah, Henry and Meg can definitely be friends. I'm thinking she used to have a crush on him because of the chivalry, but he's not really her type either and she's not enormously concerned with dating. If he tells her she's pretty once in a while she'll be delighted ;)
