Even Further Away OOC

I know I have been lacking in activity, but I really want to fix that!

So... plot, anyone?

If you need a recap, Casper here is a bit thick, but he has a good sense of morals. Reckless, clumsy, and in the end, is a big sweetheart. He's also a bit overprotective for those he cares about. Anything goes with him, as he has not had any drama lately. Drama... drama would be good for him. He's been a little too happy ever since he got his cast taken off. Maybe something a little slashy? But I'm not holding my breath.

And then there's Chi (Gretchen) who's just... well, just weird. That's all I can really say about her. I know she has something weird going on with Cass, but other than that, she wide open for plot as well!

That being said, school just started, so oddly enough, I may have more time on my hands. If you have anything in mind, feel free to comment here, PM me, or send me an IM at fckyeahcrime.

Hey guys! Sorry I've been MIA recently. A lot has been going on. My cat passed away, and at work a lot of the college kids started leaving so I've had a lot of additional hours that I've had to work. Hey everyone!

First we wanted to say that we know summer's a busy time for a lot of people, but everyone's been doing a great job commenting and staying active around our summer schedules. And because we have a lot of current hiatuses since it's back to school time, we've decided that we aren't running official activity checks until mid September. In the meantime, we're working on a new layout and we'll be doing more rounds of adds soon. And more plot for you guys.

And speaking of plot. Three more students have been bestowed wonderfully mundane abilities again! :) This time Adel, Jack and Heidi have been chosen. Take a look here to check out what new skills they have.

Hi, everyone! Lisa here! Sorry I vanished on you but I was away and ended up having far less 'net access than I expected and then when I came home, my grandmother has been visiting from out of town and requires a great deal of attention. But! I am here now!

Hey everyone! It’s Kero here, and I’m bringing you my second kid.

Meet Seth Wolf! Son of Scarlett and Richard Wolf, Seth comes from the fairy tale Little Red Riding Hood. Seth, for the most part, spends his time away from other people, observing every little thing they do. He’ll watch them so much that he’ll know what they like, hate, will do, won’t do, who their friends are—and with this information, he can make himself seem like their best friend. He does this so that if he ever needs someone, he can easily gain their trust and, therefore, easily manipulate them.

In essence, he’s a con man.

Not that he wants to be alone for his entire life—after looking at his father and mother, who were so truly in love, he’s come to the conclusion that he also wants something like that someday. But he won’t settle for less than a girl who can really tame the wolf within him, just like Scarlett could tame Richard.

And, before you tame the wolf, you have to strip off the sheep’s clothing and reveal what he really is.

This is my first boy character—ever—and I’m a little nervous! So I hope a lot of your characters will want to interact with him, and I’m looking forward to playing him with you!

Adds and follow ups on activity checks were done today.

We don't want to be an overly strict/intimidating comm on activity checks, but we want to make sure that characters are still around and participating. So, we've decided that if you were previously on the warning list, and now have only a thread OR a journal entry due, then you have shown some recent activity and will have another extended week to either get involved in a thread or write a journal for your character---whichever you needed. If you were on the warning list with BOTH a journal entry and thread due and we have not seen either from you, and did not get a hiatus notice or an ooc response indicating a desire to continue playing then we have removed your character from the community. If you still need some form of activity it is listed below.

Hey guys! So, I was trying to figure out how to approach the Spirit Week committee meeting. At first I thought about just doing an open thread, but since this is more of a group discussion, having people split off into pairs of two wouldn't have really worked. And, if we did a thread that everyone participated in and everyone interacted with everyone else all at once, we'd all have to take turns posting. And it'd take forever.

So, after talking to Jen, I think the best course of action would be to have a chat on AIM and roleplay it out script style. This will be more dialogue based than action anyway, since it is a meeting, and script roleplaying will be a whole lot easier.

Now we just have to figure out a time when everyone will be free enough to set aside maybe an hour and get the meeting done. If you want your character to participate, just tell me when you're free and I'll see if I can find a time that will work for everyone.

Hi! I'm Emily (22 year old nursing student from England), obviously new to the game, and bringing you Matilda Garten! It's been a while since I did one of these introduction posts so please try not to judge me on it too much. :p

So, Matilda is Matthias's twin sister, a Queen in Perrault, and apparently rooming with a prefect. The traits that probably affect who she is most are her curiousity, which gets her into trouble, the fact she really doesn't have enough of a fear instinct, which can be a problem too, and her love of learning or doing anything new to her. She's friendly though, open, honest unless she really does need to lie to get herself out of something she stumbled into. She's not particularly concerned with her behaviour, she's not going to stop doing something because of how it might portray her, whether that's good or bad, she'll just do it if she wants, if it seems fun. Since coming to the school she has become completely obsessed with fashion and with photography.

Umm... that's all I can think of right now, especially since I think I ended up babbling, but you can leave me a comment here, grab me on AIM at holeasin, or e-mail me if you need to talk to me about something. :)

Hey guys! Sorry Audrey and I have been so completely MIA recently-- the last week or so has been INCREDIBLY busy, between my internship, teaching riding lessons, and horse shows. I think I'll still be pretty busy for the next few weeks (I did well enough at the most recent show that I'm going to try to qualify for Regionals in my division!), but I should be more available at least! I'll try to read back and catch most of what I've missed, but if there's any urgent new developments, or you feel like being kind, please update me!

Hello! Tis Rissa with number two. This is Love Bete, the daughter of Beauty and the Beast :D

She has an older brother Bruno and it would be awesome to see him in play, hint hint.

Anywho. Love is a 1st year Perrault. She's kindhearted, friendly, sweet. Very much a daydreamer. Prone to flights of fancy. She is very well mannered and well schooled in all the things a Princess should be schooled in - etiquette, dance, decorum and all that. But she's not afraid to traipse around outside and explore.

She is very, very curious. She adores books and reading and stories. She loves horseback riding as well, and animals in general.

She needs friends! Other Princesses, and other noble sorts. But she will befriend anyone who's nice. And other lines. Throw anything at me!
