Seems we have an admirer. Considering all that Kjell and I found when tracking down the hacker who took down the NET was a piece of paper with a smiley face on it, I would say they are one and the same. I won't be surprised if they're the one behind the emails as well. I've already asked Sunni to start working on this.

In the meantime, we're going to move forward with pressing the Primogens with questioning. I've made each of you a dissolution stake as a safety precaution. Hopefully, it won't come down to using them considering the mess it would cause but better safe than sorry. The only ones we should have to worry about are Sethius and Maya but at this point, I wouldn't count the others out for being in on this. Or their own schemes.

Well things are certainly taking interesting turns. I'm not sure how much longer we're going to be able to keep this under wraps at this rate. Not if being wired in is going to continue to bite us in the ass.

It may be time to start approaching some of the Primogens and asking questions. I've got an excuse to approach Sethius without it being in an official Sheriff capacity but rather clan matters so that will give me an in there. And we should probably speak with Maya if for no other reason then to see where she is as far as mental stability goes right now.

Dear ole Lucy gave me his version of what happened during the Primogen meeting and it still doesn't seem like motive enough to kill Alex. Or to go to the lengths that they had to in order to achieve it. We now know that it is possible for a Tremere to cause another Kindred to be awake during the day but it still doesn't explain Maya's state of being or why it disturbed the other Malkaivans... Though Leo, I have a theory I'd like to discuss with you on that.

The email Felix received has been forwarded to Sunni to decrypt. Hopefully, it gives us more than trying to track down the hacker did. And hope that Ariel got Felix to take his post down in time before anyone saw it.

I got a call earlier tonight about a Malk having a vision of a murder. Later I got a call about Alex Caine being found dead in his haven. So now we have a dead Primogen on our hands.

While I do what I can with the body, can you speak with Devan Modi more on what he saw?

So let me get this straight:

Yet, 2 seconds later, the NET magically has a 'hiccup'? Is it just me, or is this a little funny, and not in the HAHA kind of way? Perhaps, this setup isn't as secure as we think. Surely, I can't be the only one with nettled suspicions.

I'll be pulling way back from the olden days for any kindred-related communications of a heavier variety for the foreseeable future, but without the archaic complication of verbose litanies. Expect personally delivered text messages as mundane as "LOL let's get some drunkblood" from my ghoul, Ritchie. Maybe even a few of her saying "Winky smiley face, yes, i'm down" followed by a vigorously practiced reenactment of, you guessed it, a winky smiley face. Am I joking? I suppose you'll have to wait and see if you're lucky enough to get one of my texts. 😉

At what point does one consider themselves 'too old for this shit' because I'm beginning to wonder. Obviously what we're missing right now is a good old fashion blood orgy. Someone really should get on the planning of one of those.
