Plot: The Curse Involved: Everyone at the school (to varying degrees) Synopsis: An ancient curse, once buried beneath the school, affecting the staff and students in various way. Some suffered various forms of Memory Loss, some became Ill, and others experienced Power-Switching (in which they lost their own and developed something different.) Timeline: Late October into Early December, 2006 Week One: Due to student and teacher illness and/or other “issues”, some classes are cancelled or postponed until further notice. Halloween: Staff Meeting to discuss the strange happenings in the school. Week Two: Reports of violence and other oddities outside of Halcyon as some forgetful staff begin to seek out trouble away from the school. Week Three: All classes are postponed indefinitely. Week Four: Student violence, destruction of school property. Week Five: Witches and other staff finally found the source of the curse and managed to lift it though several were injured in the course of the ritual. Outcome: The culmination was an explosion of energy that rocked the ancient school to the core and caused a loss of electricity and other functions. It took a few days (and for some longer) for memories to come completely back, for powers to fully shift to what they were and for sickness to fully dissipate. Lingering Affects: Like a bad drunken episode, some things happened that could not be undone. One student was attacked by a boyfriend with urges he didn’t understand. One teacher was claimed by madness when her loss of memory caused her to forget to fight it. Even these eventually recovered, but the affects remain still today, along with others. Plot: Oscurità di inferno Involved Directly: Sergius (NPC), Jeremiah (Killed), Sarah (Killed), Ryann (Killed), Janos (taken from the school), Cassius (Gone), Anastasiya, Rozlyn, Val (NPC) Involved Indirectly (and/or Suspected/Unconfirmed): Axel, Selene, Diarmad (Gone), Rose (Taken from the school), Kiernan, Xael, Rebecca, Aidan (NPC), Alana (NPC), Headmaster (NPC) Synopsis: It goes without saying that a demon like Sergius, a power player with his hands in everything, would also dig his claws into the schools shaping the next generation of supernaturals. What better way to increase his own power? How many contacts he has in Halcyon, who they are, and how long they’ve been there, is yet unknown. The affects however, have been felt for some time, and are likely to continue. So far it is known that he has killed one teacher and in the process a student and one of Sergio's own workers were killed. The game he is playing is known by a few but could end up involving many others. Timeline: Recently ended in summer 2007 Outcome: Sergio made his impact on the school and the fear of his presence will keep people on their toes for many years to come. He has plans to someday seek to take over the school but for now has other matters to see to. Lingering Affects: On edge members of the staff as well as some missing or gone because of Sergio. No one knows for sure if he's gone or not.
