What is allowed on the comm?
Any scenes (or chapters or even full length fics) from any prompt communities (with approval from moderators from those prompt communities; see the list of affiliates), from the list of prompts available on the comm, or scenes can be posted here, with the exception of Real Person Fiction (more to cover members and mods alike than anything). Scenes merely need to be three paragraphs or more in length. Full-length fics are also allowed to be crossposted here. Just allow a day before crossposting to avoid spamming friends list. Users who do not comply will be put on the moderated list.





What makes a paragraph?

Just in case there's any ambiguity, I'll clarify here. A paragraph can be anything varying from one word and up. It all depends on context.

For instance, in a conversation, three paragraphs could be something like this:
"Can you help me?"
"What with?"
"School."

Assuming, of course, that there are two people speaking.

It could also be something like this:
"Yes."
"No."
"Yes."

Or it might be something lengthier, like this:
He shivered. It was dark out, and the shadows playing amongst the trees really didn't help reassure him any. He picked up the pace and walked more quickly.

Then all thought fled his mind, and he ran.

So as you can see, a paragraph can be of any number of words.

Tagging format

All posts should also be tagged with the given tags (for easy reference). Tags used are in the following format:
1.author, 2.author:character name (put OC_name if original), 3.character name, 4.rating, 5.type, 6.fandom, 7.pairing




Suggested behaviour

There aren't many rules because most of us here are probably mature enough to know how to behave. Nevertheless, here are some guidelines for those who like them.

1. Be polite, and do not flame
2. Comment if you have enjoyed something, or do not if you don't wish to
3. If you see an idea that really strikes your fancy, and you'll like to incorporate it into a fic of your own, please contact the author first before doing so. Drama is unpleasant.
