Michael Jackson wanted to buy Marvel
Everyone is freaking out about Disney, but it could have been worse.

Michael Jackson apparently approached Stan Lee about buying Marvel

I know some of you don't like me posting the articles here, but I thank you for supporting them and appreciate those who have given feedback.

Making it legal..

If it's a concern, you could post articles on noscans_daily instead.

I heard about Michael Jackson wanting to buy Marvel Comics on a podcast shortly after Jackson's death. The podcasters made a "Hey Kids! Comics!" joke, based on the sign on top of most spinner racks.

I know Jonah Jameson is based on Stan Lee parodying himself and Steve Ditko's dislike of yellow journalism, but "informing the public" is also an important part of the newspaper business (especially back in the 1960s). Of course, the only actual reporters at the Daily Bugle I can think of were Ned Leeds, Ben Urich and Joy Mercardo.

Big Man was a Bugle reporter. So was Connor, who wrote the Kid who collected Spider-man story, who became Rose II. There was Charlie Snow, who appeared in the story where MJ gets possessed by Red Sonja. Betty Brant went into the reporting side a long time ago. Ken Ellis, rat bastard who tried to out Peter as Spider-man and named the Scarlet Spider. And that new awful woman, who showed up in Pulse threatening to out the ids of the Young Avengers and couldn't understand why Ben Urich wouldn't have outed Daredevil...now that I think about it, she may be a Lois Lane pastiche.

I completely missed that. What issue was it?

Yeah, we know how that went the last time, when Paul McCartney told Michael Jackson he was trying to get a hold of the Beatles songs, and Jacko just told him, "You know, I think I'm gonna buy your songs."

Give thanks to you for writing on this concern incredibly in close proximity to and dear for the hearts of Wake County North Carolina residents. You would be pathetic to know that just this night, March 2, 2010, the Wake County College Board rush by way of an unvetted resolution to totally phase out the current socioeconomic variety policy. It is really a gloomy day for all Wake County families. Please carry on to write down to the subject and attempt to get your message by means of to this university board.Nike Dunk Low
