More Batman and Robin 3
By my estimation, we have a little under two pages left free from this issue, so here's a little under two pages, featuring the continually developing relationship between Dick and Damian.

When last we left our heroes, Damian had been captured by Dr. Pyg's farm. Freeing himself from his bonds, the two fight across the carnival, until Pyg gets the upper hand.

You can take what meta you like from Dick's compliment, I see it as him softening the admonishment he prefaced it with, which is perfectly Dick. The last line is, to me, Damian finally realizing Dick is a dude who deserves his respect, and the juxtaposition with Dick handing him the Robin badge back is priceless!

Discuss!

But what titles have those earlier instances happened in? Morrison has a known tendency to ignore the stories he didn't write, I think he even went on record saying he wasn't acknowledging anything done to the characters in Battle for the Cowl going in to this series.

that would normally be pretty horrible of someone working in a shared universe, but in the face of BftC, i can be cool with it

That's good to know--B&R does definitely seem to be taking place in its own universe and the art helps with that too.

The ones I was thinking of were definitely all in different books--including the one time in BftC.
