Ummm, no completely and utterly not. Jason was the least effective of the Robins, since he lacked Dick's natural talents (Dick was good enough to improvise his OWN martial arts moves, using his and make them work) or Tim's impressive discipline. Jason was a street fighter, and a good one, but lacked the discipline and self control that such a role would require.
