The Batman & Hal animosity doesn't ring true. Batman would not want his allies fearing him. One, it impedes teamwork; two, you're on guard against what you fear. That's good with criminals since it gives them something to worry about and is a distraction. But if a superhero has his guard up against Batman it makes it that much harder for him to play his designated role as the guy who knows how to stop rogue superheroes.
Also somehow Green Arrow knew that Freddy wanted to be called Freddy, despite the fact he wasn't there when he asked to be called that.
