I really like him as a villian. As far as I know B has only been used in this story and the X-men one. Too bad.

he's been used in a number of X-Men stories since the initial one, most recently in New X-Men during Illyana's return.

Yes. thats what I said. I think he hould be used much wider in the Marvel universe.

I think he's also appeared in some truly horrible
Fantastic Four
issues, and of course
Earth X
. But it's best if both are forgotten...
