Oh, you can undoubtedly glue on a costume. And no doubt with the power of a ring you can go for the most titty and crotch bearing costume you want -- it's not like you couldn't have it make a transparent body suit if you want. It's just that it gets tiresome that the only way comic artists seem to know to express female sexuality is slutty outfits, oversized boobs, and waists that have no space for organs.
