Told that Sif's host is dying, Thor heads off to save her; but that requires a bit of a detour to visit Doctor Strange, because Thor needs his hammer fixed in order to draw Sif out. Strange says he can make the necessary repairs, but that one of the ingredients in the hammer was Odin's power.
And thus was Thor's status quo restored (not that he'd been doing anything with the Odinpower that wasn't just an extension of his classic powerset).
Anyway, he heads off to save the girl.
Thor's nightly solo flights are at last at an end!
Back in Asgard, Bill (can we get this guy a surname?) has a talk with Balder, the goal of which on the author's part is to make Balder look like less of a chump. It doesn't work; he remains a complete fool and Loki's buttmonkey. Afterwards, Bill leaves, and is followed by three morons who harass him and make fun of him for being a mortal. Bill responds with the old "sticks and stones" aphorism, to which Moron #1 replies that he has a stick...
