Golden Age Wonder Woman
This was originally published in Wonder Woman #5 in 1943.

Wonder Woman hears that Dr. Psycho is dead and decides to drop by the prison to see for herself.

It doesn't occur to anyone, it seems, to arrest this guy.

Buenos Noches puts a pen and paper on Steve's desk. Steve won't pick up the pen, foiling BN's sinister plan.

The way Lila's legs are sticking up out of this huge pile of desk fragments strikes me as fairly humorous, I admit.

And apparently Harry Peters' opportunity to show us what he could have done had he been an underground cartoonist. He reminds me of Mr. Snoid.
