UURGHHH! No! Ick! Winnick's treatment of Dick and Roy was appalling (IMHO of course)
Put it this way.
One of them used to Robin, and then became leader of the publicly known as lauded Teen Titans, as both Robin and Nightwing. The guy that Superman admires, the guy who is the one thing Batman considers he got right.
The other was Green Arrows sidekick, had serious drug dependency issues for a while, and as a result, when he cleaned up, left regular superheroing to one side to became a government agent (still in costume sometimes) who worked with the DEA (including a long term deep cover assignement infiltrating a drug ring, and seducing Cheshire en route), was assigned to the Suicide Squad for a mission, was effectively a "Man in black" who led the Government run incarnation of the Titans with Sarge Steel.
Now which of these two, according to Winnick, is apparently better suited to running a deep cover team because he is prepared to make morally dubious decisions and are is quite ready to threaten Superman with Green Kryptonite because Supes felt that their decision to strand a man on a rock in the middle of the ocean where he might, or might not, survive, was a little suspect?
And which is such a straightarrow that apparently he couldn't.
