The Time Trapper's identity has been flexible: changes to the time stream have caused his identity to change. In other words, Emoboy Prime is only the Time Trapper for as long as Booster doesn't muck with the time stream.

Last year I was actually the Time Trapper for a half hour. I didn't get to do anything evil, which sucked, and I really really wished someone could wash those robes after every other shift. Talk about stinky! :P

I am supposed to be the Time Trapper next Tuesday evening, but I am terrible at monologuing and my masterplan right now is to give a wedgie to Bob, my archnemesis in third grade before he can give one to me. Any advice?

Set up some sort of complicated Goldbergian device that has Bob going through a Humiliation Conga ending with the wedgie, preferably in front of anyone who he wouldn't want to see that, like his girlfriend/wife, boss, coworkers, etc. It's difficult to enact, but hella cool when you can pull it off.
