Who else needs a resurrection/revamp for Rebirth?

This is from the period of time after Wally West became Flash, and began befriending all of Barry Allen's foes. Wally and his girlfriend of the time went to a party that included T.O. Morrow and Golden Glider, the Top's girlfriend, and sister of Captain Cold.

She was killed by Chill Blaine, who was subsequently killed by Cold, but come on! How many female rogues are there? She had the motive and the connections! And her boyfriend was into possession from beyond the grave. This kind of grudge villainess is priceless for story opportunities! Just, you know, change her schtick to something cooler than killer ice skates. :P

Most of that is Waid's fault. He made an evil twin for Barry. He made Impulse. He made Impulse's evil not-really-anything-like-him clone Inertia. He didn't make the Tornado Twins I don't think, but he certainly took advantage of the idea.

Being related to Barry means having a thousand relatives, most of whom will time travel to make it with the few people they're not related to.

All we need is a Flash to vibrate over to Marvel and sex up a Summers and the Big Two will implode.
