And for legality:

I don't hate this yet, but looking at her transferring onto that shower stool, I have to wonder if the artists understands physics. She's pushing up on the stool with her right arm, up-and-back against the sink with her left arm, and has no bracing from her legs: she should be pitching backwards in that scene. I also question why she didn't get a wheelchair accessible apartment?

"I'll mod the bathroom when I have time," is kind of weak because you have to finish that sentence with, "In the meantime, I'll drag my naked body across the floor."

Well, I was trying to say that Kate is a lesbian. That's been decided and agreed on. Babs may or may not be. I'm not even sure she is, I tend to think she is, but I don't read BOP much at all, and it really doesn't matter to me either way. Definitely she seems conflicted about a lot of things in her life and very complicated. Maybe she is in some writers minds and not in other writer's minds. But Kate is, and Kate shares other, very obvious things with Babs. Even down to specific, fairly unusual haircolor. So that the two of them, in a cowl, are going to probably look so much...

Bah! I must wait and see. But it almost seems like Kate IS Babs. New!Babs. Instead we get someone new who gets to be Batwoman, and the most powerful woman in the Batverse who may very well get to be her Robin self of twenty years ago Batgirl.
