Now they can turn people by just biting them?
I can turn Donna into something with a bite on the neck too, alright.
Nevermind that she's four colors on paper.

Oh no... you get bit and become infected, like a regular zombie?
Dang!
haha, zombiebaby.
intrigued by the bite thing, though.
You know what's really freaking me out about this? The way Cassie's bending in that last scan. That's gotta be painful!

Did they just read Bart as having the "fear" emotion? The boy who practically had to be taught what fear was? Maybe they mean he has the ability to cause great fear, which, does make a certain sense. Remember what he did to the Joker.
Will = purplish. That's an embarrassing error.

Oh crap, they really those kind of zombies.
Considering all the things about this storyline that bother me, it almost feels strange to seize upon one thing. But why is Kory's fondest wish an apparently Catholic wedding with Dick, when neither of them are Catholic?
Teen Titans is that creepy kid who wrote stories about dead bodies and gorey massacres that really disturbed the teachers until everyone found out he was just ripping off a Stephen King book he paged through.
This is some of Benes' better work that I've seen in quite a while.
Terry's hair looks like it has improved with death!
In other news, all this time spent rotting or whatever had made Terry's pedobeard make him look like a Skrull.
Too bad it's already a foregone conclusion that this won't stick. I think I've never read anything with Donna Tory in which she's not utterly useless, a complete emotional mess or both.
Wasn't there a theory going around that Donna would get a power ring? Or was that Diana? Anyway, if it was Donna, maybe this is why - to counteract the BL blood poisoning (like a Blue Ring to a Red Lantern).
So I'm losing track here, is Donna the only Black Lantern in their underwear? Bleah, this Blackest Night thing is just getting stupider and stupider.
"It was Donna we heard screaming"
when did she scream? o_O
Say, didn't Terry's daughter from his previous marriage also die in that car crash? Donna was quite fond of her. The girl (I can't remember her name) even went as Wonder Girl for Halloween one time. Why isn't she showing up too?
what about Dove? what happend to Dove?!

Zombie-baby hasn't ceased being hilarious, but the rest of it, I just don't care.
So is the bite infectious because Donna was dead once?

Ignoring the rest, Bart is pretty hot in those last couple of pages.
For those calling all this sadistic and tasteless, well, yes, but you do notice it's written by someone called "Krul," and certainly to comic-book readers that should be a warning right there...
you know if they're actually able to control Donna, then there's no reason they shouldn't just make her march right up to them and let them kill her. |
