On the night of the 31st, Stars and Stripes will be hosting its third annual Halloween Fest. It's located in the Central Park of downtown - going off of a New York kind of vibe for this one - and thousands of people attend it. It has live bands, games, bars and buffets, plenty of room to mingle and dance, and, of course, candy everywhere you look. If your characters are apt to attend (or know someone who will drag them there), feel free to share below! Typically this party is an 18 or older affair, but many underaged folks slip in anyhow. Mine are under this cut.
Adiós will not be in attendance, as she will be performing in Uruguay that night. She'll be back on the second to take in all the mayhem and lament that she missed out. And by lament, I mean lots of high-pitched sounds in Roxana's and Mink's direction.
Vance will NOT be going in his hero costume, but will admire all the Atlas lookalikes. He goes as one of his personal hero favorites, the Falcon, a la Winter Soldier. He was going to go as Quake, but that'd be weird.
Violet has to go. Father won't give them a choice. So she dresses as something that would make Chase laugh: a princess. Including that god-awful hairstyle.
Gabriel attends as his mid-twenties self because it's the best way to blend in if he and Teddy are going to get into optimal levels of trouble. He dresses as Ezio from Assassin's Creed. The hood helps him hide his identity somewhat - you know, in case there are teachers around - and if they're going to do roguish things, then a rogue's outfit is the most appropriate, no? No. He goes as Kristoff because Teddy and Ian are going as Elsa and Anna.
Hassan will definitely not be going as a mummy, not when he JUST did that for his history class. And since he doesn't cover the world wars until the spring, he can get away with looking like a classy soldier for now.
Edith figures it's going to be cold. Layers are helpful. So she goes as a somewhat punked-up cowboy. Plenty of places to hide blades.
Kiona goes as what an adorable flower shop owner goes as: mother nature. All of the flowers she used on her gown are real. The leaves, though, are not. Testy little things.
Sam has to go because, like with the Gala, the Gang likes to have eyes everywhere. He doesn't dress up much, but he basically goes like this, with a bandana over the lower half of his face.
