I dreamed Has anyone else felt the urge to learn a new skill since coming to Atlantis? I'm thinking of trying fencing. I had a lesson or two in school, but I never particularly cared to pursue it. The combat training I've had here seems to be improving my confidence.

Eddie punched clocks today per plot

Damn clock nearly broke my wrist.

You know, with my birthday yesterday I was reminded of the horrible doll my parents thought I loved and gave back to me one year. Peter, we are never giving our kids creepy toys.

I suppose with all the fantastical things that's happened and are happening here, I shouldn't be surprised to meet a dragon. But I did meet one the other day, and he even gave me a ride back home.

Uh. I was just at the Louvre and had finally made it to the Mona Lisa when it vanished. Actually vanished. I tried to sense if there was anyone magical in the area, but I didn't really get much.

This is some weird Atlantis prank, right? We didn't lose the most famous painting in the world?

And before anyone asks, it wasn't just me. Other people saw it vanish too. I'm sober.

Now that I've decided to stay, base command has assigned me as a trainer. I'll be handling a few combat classes and I'm also available to train any force users who need it. My abilities aren't magic, per se, but I'm willing to try with any magic users who might need help learning to control their power. My understanding is that for some of you, the basic concept in learning control is the same.

It's only been a week, but I still miss my daughter.

The magic in this place never ceases to amaze me. Forgive me for taking my time in mentioning it. But, I was enjoying having the use of my legs back too much to think about mentioning it on here.

Since the night before the wedding is New Years Eve, I'm having a surprise party/shower/hens night for Jemma Wednesday. We'll start around 3 with the shower stuff and then after we grab some dinner, we'll head out for a night on the town.

Even if you don't know Jemma well, I know she'd love to have you there, so ladies of Atlantis, you are all invited!

Don't get me wrong. I'm thrilled for those of you who get to know your future families.

I mean, everyone showing up from multiple different timelines, from what I can gather. Maybe it's been said already and I don't know about it. It's interesting how those different timelines could all be a possibility still. Late night ramblings and I'm hyped on coffee right now, so probably not making much sense here.

Makes me wonder which direction we're headed in right now.
