Ow. I hear I've been asleep for awhile. Sorry if I worried anyone.

I guess I'm stuck in medical awhile longer, but if anyone wants to get me a cheeseburger, that'd be great.

This place never ceases to amaze me. I was thinking the other day about how I missed Queen Manor even if my mother's decorating style was a little bit over the top for me.I was hoping to remodel it one day but it burned down so that never happened.

Well guess what? Atlantis brought it back and it's much more to my taste which means less antiques, an indoor gym, and a huge kitchen. And everything is already moved including Symba.

Harley, Clarke and I would love it if you would come live with us. You'd have all the privacy you want, there is plenty of room and you are more than welcome.

Caitlin, it goes without saying that you are also invited.

Sara and Emily, we'd love to have you too but if you'd rather have a place to yourself, I understqand. You can still come over and use the gym, the pool, whatever you want. Come for dinner, I don't care but if you want to stay, that would be great.

I had, no lie, the best nap I've ever had in my entire life today. At least as far as I can remember. That hammock I found? I swear I didn't intend to fall asleep, but it was just too good. I think I'm gonna keep it and hang it up in my bedroom.

Sometimes I wonder what I did before I came here and discovered Taco Tuesday at Cinders. Then I remember the four colleges I got kicked out of and the fact that the bars in towns had Thirsty Thursday. Which led to Failing Friday. Hence why I got kicked out of four colleges.

It's been a while since I've climbed a flagpole. I'm fine with coming in next to last though. It was good excercise.

This weekend was pretty eventful. First thing that happened was I got this little globe/star thing on my bed and it said to make a wish. Don't have any idea why I did it but I ended up with the copy of The Odyssey that I had in whichever college I got kicked out of last. It is the only book that I read while I was in college and for some reason I liked it or maybe I was just drunk enough at the time that Greek poetry made sense. Anyway after that I went out and there were dogs everywhere so I got a dog.

Meet Homer. Yes, he's named after the poet even though I imagine most of you thought I would name my dog after Homer Simpson. Clarke and I haven't introduced him to Symba yet but he seems pretty easy going so we'll see how it goes.

I didn't even know I knew all the words to Hakuna Matata. My apologies to those of you who had to hear it. At least my singing is a little better than my dancing?

Despite the circumstances being on a covert mission helped to get me out of this slump I've been in.

Gone are the days where I spend my hours wallowing away in pity and sadness over the loss of my family and friends. From here on out I will be a much more productive member of society.

I did want to extend my thanks to those of you that kept me company during my drunken stupor. Your friendship means the world to me. *

I shall see this war through to honor my fellow Musketeers, wherever they may be.

This year has been a rough one so far, between losses and the fact that we are fighting a war being driven in too close to home, but I think that just makes it more important to hold on to the people you love for as long as you have and never take them for granted. No one is ever promised tomorrow in any life or time. Even the so-called immortal have ways of being killed. That threat of loss is always there, no matter how much we try to forget or deny it. That's why we have to make the most of the time we have.

It's a hard lesson to learn, but it seems Atlantis is as determined to teach it as my own world was.
