What I'm about to tell you is hard to talk about but I guess it needs to be said before anything else happens, so I'll get right to it: Brandon and I have decided to separate. We don't want to talk about the reasons why or how it came about, so please don't ask either of us even if curiosity is killing you. He'll be moving out soon and then when he's settled he'll be taking Hera for a little while before he ships out again, which is going to be hard for me but I know is for the best. Neither of us want to keep the other apart from her.

Other than that, nothing else has changed. I guess I'd appreciate a hug or two.

Atlantis truly is a strange and yet remarkable place. Today I built a scarecrow in the park. But then I tried to make it resemble Jefferson and called it Thomas, so that was certainly an improvement.

If losing wagers is as enjoyable as it was with Mazikeen, then perhaps I may find myself less competitive in the future.
