I went running in it, it was like tiny useless hailstones. I'm not sure if running it was sensible but I don't miss morning runs for anything.

So, yesterday my dogs decided they were coming to work with me. Which is not always a good thing in my line of work. Luckily, the patients decided they were more than okay with it.

And then, today I found an article that tried to advise me on who I should and shouldn't date. Which is bullshit. I can decide who to date thanks. Which right now is anyone that wants to go for coffee with me.

Fun fact? She's CIA. She knows everything and still wants to get to know me here. It's better than I could have imagined.

For once I didn't see dead people. You'd be surprised what a novelty this is for me since the world hopping began there have been four separate occasions.

Mandatory team building? After training tomorrow if you're free. It'll involve coffee.

It's odd to think I'm no longer a teenager. Even though we were lucky in New Rome to see plenty of demigods and legacies live to be abel to go to college and even have kids of their own, once I became praetor I thought it wouldn't be in the cards for me. (Especially given some of the adventures we had). But I'm happy to have made it to twenty. Happier still to have a husband who insists on convincing me of the joys of amusement parks.
