On days that Harry did not see Lucius in Diagon Alley or Hogsmead he worried as Lucius’s life seemed to be turning upside-down. Draco was telling Lucius that he was leaving the manor to go to Germany to be with his mother. Harry wished that Draco would use his head instead of his emotions. He knew that Draco’s anger was not aimed at Lucius, but rather at change itself.
Harry picked up a copy of The Daily Prophet and saw in the social pages that things were changing rapidly for Lucius; Narcissa was going after Lucius’ gold but an agreement made before marriage stood in her way and legally she only had rights to the money from her dowry. Harry had a thought. What if Narcissa's manipulation was the reason that Draco was acting in this manner? He had to get to Lucius. Harry scribbled a quick note to Lucius telling him of his thought.
At Malfoy Manor, Lucius received a letter and saw that it was from a society woman named Raven Stapleton, daughter of Aurora Stapleton. Why would she be writing to him? He was not exactly welcomed in those circles since the downfall of Voldemort. He looked at what the note said and at the familiar rushed handwriting. Then it hit him. Harry was Raven? Oh... he thought, what an unexpected delight... He pictured Harry in a gown of satin. Almost daydreaming he selected a perfect quill and his personal stationary as he wrote back to “Raven”, also known as Harry Potter.
Miss Stapleton,
I truly thank you for the note and I know who you are. Be careful whose hands this information falls into.
I would love to see you. Come to the manor, but only in a white gown. We will talk then.
Lucius Malfoy.
When Harry got the letter he almost dropped it. He had not realized that he had signed it as Raven. Raven was his secret escape from the madness of being Harry Potter. The thought did cross his panicked mind that Lucius seemed to like the idea. But would Lucius use it against him? He doubted it. Something inside told him that the idea intrigued Lucius. Also, Lucius had too much at stake to play the blackmail game. A small smile crossed Harry’s face at the thought that Lucius perhaps needed Raven in order to re-enter the higher circles of pureblood society again. It was hard to picture Lucius being shunned from the very society that he had once ruled.
Harry put the letter down and looked at the part of his wardrobe that was just for Raven. He pulled out a beautiful long white gown, also including hoops, garters, stockings, and a corset. It took him until one to transform into Raven, and the last potion gave him the breasts to make the transformation complete. He added a rhinestone necklace, sparkling earrings, and a ring showing the crest of the house of Stapleton. Harry’s hair was long enough to put up in a chignon, resembling that of Scarlet O'Hara from the muggle movie ‘Gone With The Wind’. He completely looked the part of the society woman that everyone thought Raven to be. Mrs. Stapleton was one of the only people that knew of his true nature. She thought it was grand and helped him acquire the clothing and potions that transformed him into Raven.
A petite and graceful woman with dark hair arrived in a carriage pulled by a Pegasus that landed in front of the Malfoy Manor. In the daylight it looked amazing. The home was graceful, and it bothered him that he knew Lucius was all alone in that huge manor. Harry waited like a proper lady for the human footman to give him a hand to step down and then kept himself from rushing to the door.
An old style butler who looked as if he were straight from 17th century France went to tell Lucius of Raven’s arrival and she was served tea as she waited in one of the many parlors. Harry was nervous showing this very personal side of him. But truth be told, Harry was falling for Lucius. As she waited she thought about the hunger that was in Lucius’ eyes when Lucius saw him, even at the worst of times. Neither as Raven or Harry had Harry ever seen that kind of lust and emotion in any man that had wanted him. Lucius was not impressed with who he was but rather by what was inside, and the kinks that came with the package. Lucius had told him once that he admired the fact that he said what was on his mind with out holding back. Harry/Raven loved the air of mystery that surrounded Lucius, every time he thought he had Lucius figured out there was something new to discover. Lucius was a man of the world and knew how to get what he wanted. Harry was brave but there was still a scared kid inside him from the years of Privet drive that had him in its grip.
The door swung open breaking Raven from her thoughts and Lucius walked in, stopped, and took in the sight of Raven in all of her beauty. It was hard to believe that the lovely Raven and unkempt Harry were in fact the same person.
Lucius walked to ‘her’ and offered his hand. He made her show off the white dress that he had asked Raven to wear. The fashionable, sweeping dress was dotted with small roses at the neckline and showed off Raven’s cleavage. “Well…this is something I would not have expected, but I am very…pleased.” Lucius’s sensual mouth showed a small smile of pleasure mixed with lust that made Raven blush from head to toe. Lucius would not let her hide it by curtsying. He held Raven's chin up in his fingers and stared into her green eyes. “I agree with your theories in the letter that you sent. Draco needs to make his own mistakes and tidy his own mess. I refuse to help him. It is time that he grew up.” Lucius walked to a nearby settee and motioned for Raven to take the seat next to him. “As of the end of this month, my marriage to Narcissa will be officially over."
"I have an idea….”
