I probably should have asked for directions, but at least I found the place, Charlie thought silently as he approached Helga’s Kitchen. He walked around the streets for a while, looking for the shop, but found that once he was close all he had to do was follow his nose. Whatever was cooking smelt delicious, and he figured if this arrangement worked out, he was in for a treat.

He pushed open the door and walked inside, looking around for anyone who may be Lady Helga Hufflepuff. He had no idea what she looked like, but remembered from her journal that she liked modern clothing. That could be anybody, you git, he thought, mentally kicking himself.

	Helga heard the door open and she looked up from her writing desk to see a handsome young red head standing inside. She smiled. “Come in, come in,” she said as she stood up and came around the corner of her desk to greet the man. “I'm Helga and welcome to my kitchen. What can I do for you today?" She asked. Charlie stared blankly for a moment at the woman who welcomed him, and introduced herself as none other then Helga. He wasn’t sure what he had expected, perhaps someone more like his mother, who spent a great deal of time and practice perfecting her cooking charms. Someone a bit more matronly, maybe? He really couldn’t say, but what he saw was a stunning woman, with a slender frame, bright red hair, and a dazzling smile.

He smiled and walked forward to greet her properly, bowing slightly to show the proper respect, as was due to a lady of her esteem. “It’s a pleasure to meet you face to face Lady Hufflepuff. We spoke briefly in journals about a possible arrangement, I’m Charlie Weasley.”

"Hello Charlie Weasley. It is a pleasure to meet you. Please, come in and take a seat." Helga gestured to a chair at the table. "If you tell me what you need, I will do my best to aid you. I enjoy cooking for others, once I know what their tastes are."

She sat across from Charlie and picked up her quill. "What types of food do you prefer? I have learned a lot more about cooking here in the afterlife, so I am able to prepare many different types of dishes."

"Excitement is not all that great." She said with a grin "I like a man with simple tastes. I think I have plenty of recipes for you." Helga quickly jotted down some notes."

You won't be bored or starving by the time I get through feeding you and payment is simple, you provide me with some of the lovely vegetables from your garden and I will provide you with 3 meals a day with dessert. I will also send you over some menus and you let me know if you have any favourites that you might like as well, Is that a fair trade?"

She summoned coffee and some fresh cookies to seal the deal. "Here try some chocolate chip cookies they just came out of the oven. She sat back and appraised the young man. He had nice eyes and was built for work outside, from what she could see. Handsome too, she thought.

"So Charlie what is the work you do, if you do not mind me asking?"
