That's not what I... I'm not doubting you. I know you're a good person who's genuinely concerned about us, it's just--

It just seems sudden, that's all. I mean, it's not the first you've heard about it, but you didn't ask then. You and Scowl-- no, Gokudera. You're partners back home, right? So ... I would've thought you'd have a little more faith in him than that, that he wouldn't ever knowingly lead his team into a bad situation.

I'm worried for a lot of reasons, not the least of which that I want you all to thrive here. But it's being Gokudera's partner that's got me worried.

You know it too, right? Since you're his Family now. He would never, ever knowingly endanger his team, it's true. He'd do anything for them. And he did a great thing, protecting Vulpecula like that. But it doesn't mean that he's never made a dangerous choice.

And I'm not the only one that knows, remember? The King knows, too.
