Oh, okay.

My team is called Cygnus. We're partners with the red team which is called Pyxis. There's a black team which watches over all of us called Ophiuchus. The light green team is called Hydra. The light blue team is Delphinius. The orange team is Vulpecula.

...I'm sure I'm forgetting a few, but those are the ones I know off the top of my head. If you forget, you can just call them by their color and everyone will know which you mean.
