Schedule Stuff
All right, here's the official OOC schedule for Mirror's genderswitch (sexswap, etc.) game starting tomorrow. I know I've vaguely asked Ophi volunteers already, but this is the post that counts! Comment here if you can fill in any of these slots.

Saturday, January 30th (Day 103, Morning)
7 PM EST / 4 PM PST / 9 AM JST (on Sunday, January 31st)

Kickoff! The event itself will be quite brief. Mingle will last maaaaybe a half-hour while I set up the appropriate threads and finish any outstanding write-ups.

Blanks: Show up. :|d There will be an option for people who want their characters to participate but can't ICly get their characters to the arena for the game. Similarly, characters can come to the arena without being forced to genderswitch. (And if they need an IC push to participate, that'll be available too. BASICALLY there will be IC ways to handle things however you want to play this.)

Ophi: Show up and ICly pass out boxes of supplies. No sign-ups needed here. ETA: Ophi does not have to genderswitch in order to help out. It's entirely optional.

Sometime During the Week (Day 104, Morning)

Since I can't run things during the week due to work, I'd really like to get an Ophi (or two, or however many want to collaborate) to run a small activity in the middle of the week. My current idea is to have them pass out specialized supplies (shaving and hair gel / hair accessories and perhaps make-up/nail polish) and then do a tutorial on how to use them. Or if you have a different idea you'd prefer to run, then by all means. I'd just like to have something optional going on in the middle of the week.

Friday, February 5th (Day 104, Evening)
One hour mingle/voting signup, starting at: 8 PM EST - 12 PM EST / 5 PM PST - 9 PM PST / 10 AM JST - 2 PM JST (Saturday, February 6th)

The final day of the game, and the only one that really counts for memories. There will be a voting section with categories (somewhat similar to the most recent Twins game; I will have a list of titles available ICly on the first day), plus small Ophi activities. Voting will be the primary source of points.

Blanks: Again, show up. This is the part where I will need at least one switched teammate to be present. You'll be asked to sign up one character for each voting category, with multiples permitted. For example, if Orion shows up and four teammates are switched, any of those four teammates can chose any of the voting categories in any combination, as long as there's one candidate for each. Making one character sign up for all of the categories is a-okay, as is spreading them out.

Ophi: I want 2-4 mini-activities to be running at the same time as the voting. These games should be very simple, related to the genderswitching, and preferably not terribly time-sensitive. They should be less than two hours in length, to allow for picking a winner and telling me which team(s) get points. It should turn out something like this Soldier game. If nobody's interested in running activities, we'll just stick with voting.
