I can’t stress that enough, whether it is in the userpics or in the profile, you must credit either voteforpedro or rubbernecking. Don’t hotlink. These are not bases. So most likely, I won’t allow anyone to put pretty borders or texts on these icons, even if you ask. However, I will consent to editing hair color, eye color, and skin color. Though I will most likely say yes to these things, you still must ask for permission and still credit me. While commenting is nice and very much appreciated, it’s not necessary.
