A late breakfast
Characters: Susanna and Carmel
Setting: Cafeteria, late morning
Sleeping in was a lovely thing on occasion, and after her activities last night, Susanna was very happy to sleep in this morning. She didn't even care that Ryan had slipped out sometime during the night. The bed really wasn't big enough for both of them to sleep comfortably, she supposed, and she'd never felt overly obsessed with sleeping next to someone at night. It was ten o'clock by the time she dragged herself out of bed and into her shower. She dressed in skinny jeans and a blouse, slipping her feet into her ballet flats before heading out of her room for the kitchen. She'd given her computer only half a thought before deciding she'll look through it later.
Coffee and breakfast first, she decided, even if it wasn't quite early enough to technically be breakfast time still. She picked a few fruits from the refrigerator, slicing them up and putting them in a bowl for a fruit salad before pouring herself a cup of coffee and taking both to the cafeteria to sit and savor it. With any luck she would get a chance to observe more of the people she was currently incarcerated with, she thought as she sat at a table.
