lmao true, i have her family sorted out but i can switch a few things. pretty much her dad is an nyu professor of history who's big into education, obviously and their mom is a hippie type who is more a "do what makes you happy" kinda thinker and they got divorced when she was about 10 but ari has a good relationship with both even though she's not going to college and her dad is always passive agressive with comments about how disappointed he is

	i wrote it so that they were both adopted into the same family but blood related. i'm not sure if you'd be up for that? their relationship would probably be really good even if they have their usual brother/sister annoyances. besides, i love your pb face hands down! 	lucy is absolutely gorgeous isn't she! i'm totally fine with them being brother & sister that were adopted into the same family. i was planning on making her 18 and saying she turned 18 this past october or november so she's still pretty young. when were they adopted, where are they from, etc. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

well, felix is twenty three and was adopted at age seven, which would technically make your character two years old when adopted. he's the kind of brother that probably protected his sister just because (and still tries) and one that cares deeply about blood relations. their foster home was in ohio, so he had enough time to get used to the state before they got moved away. i assume this is something he still misses since he's never really grown out of minor social anxiety issues. i'm up for all and any ideas.

so i am assuming that their parents would have given them up right after she was born if they lived in a foster home? which part of new york did they move to when they were adopted? i don't have much figured out for her except that she's a little sheltered when it comes to most things and has never been one to really party or do anything of that nature and we could say that even has something to do with felix?

they moved to manhattan with a family who had a good amount of money, something felix was unnerved by. i have it so he still lives in manhattan even if he doesn't necessarily want to, because their mother got him a decent job since he dropped out of college after being forced to go. i think it would make sense if they were both sheltered from a young age, felix probably being the first to find out about life through a horrible experience. this could be where the sheltering really kicked in?
