	since he's a year younger maybe she was doing something at his orientation and they met and hit it off? he's pretty easy going and gets along with everyone. how long should they have dated for and how should they have broken up? (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

yeah that sounds like a good idea to me. well we could do a couple of things. it could have been a long term relationship and maybe they started dating in his sophomore year and then broke up when she graduated because she thought she was going to have all these big plans when in reality that never happened for her. or they only dated for a year or less? we can always come up with a reason for them breaking up if we go with this idea

the first one sounds great actually. so they broke up last year because she was off to rule the world. i can see sam being hurt even if it was mutual but if she was the type to ask for them to still be friends he would go along with it to a point. so they could still get along even if it's still a bit awkward a year later and everything else we can come up with as we go

	i think when things didn't really go her way she regretted ending things with him but would probably never admit it to him. so instead she told him she still wanted them to be friends. it was a way for her to sort of keep him in her life still. but yeah, they get along but it is a little awkward. sounds great to me! looking forward to writing these two (Reply to this) (Parent)
