12:25 pm [evangelinemods]	Premise Evangeline Henry is your typical American teenager, who seems to have it all. She has two loving parents, great friends, and only a year left of high school. She's lived in the tiny town of Smithfield Island, Maine for all 18 years of her life, and when she graduates, the world will be her oyster. Except for the fact that it's all fake. For 18 years, Evangeline has been the unknowing star of a 24-hour-a-day reality show broadcast around the world and watched by millions of viewers. Her family and friends are all actors, and Smithfield Island is equipped with thousands of hidden cameras and microphones. Everything is carefully crafted to create an idyllic environment for Evangeline and the best show for all of her fans. But not everybody is a fan. For every viewer who loves the show with a passion, there's one who believes that it's a cruel form of slavery and manipulation that needs to be stopped immediately. The next year is critical for both sides. With Evie about to graduate high school and wanting to venture out into the world, and the main actors' contracts expiring, tension is building- on the set and off- and the 18th season of Evangeline will change everything. 11:00 am [schism_mod]	It's 2001. With the three year anniversary of the liberation of the wizarding world occurring recently, it seems the social calendar is starting to fill up. Engagements are being announced and babies are being born. However, the more things change, the more they stay the same. The world was never made up solely of Death Eaters and Order Members. With Voldemort gone, people have found others who share their views; yet that doesn't mean everyone's happy with how the world is turning out. Prejudices still run high. Purebloods and Muggleborns tend toward a mutual distrust at best and outright hatred at worst, though only one of those attitudes remains publicly acceptable. High society has changed since Voldemort was destroyed and now the ancient purebloods are often forced to pander to halfbloods and muggleborns, allowing them into circles and events never before open to them and not everyone is happy about it. A new faction is on the horizon, one that has their own agenda. They do not subscribe to the Dark Lord's reign of bloodshed, yet they want to preserve Pureblood society at all costs. On the other side of the spectrum, many Muggleborns have banded together, forming the political action group "Mudblood and Proud". Schism is a social game designed around the ups and downs of reconstruction. There will be adult themes and the game focuses on the lives of those left to rebuild Wizarding world in the manner they want to see. This is because this tiny town is a supernatural dead-zone, and host to some very powerful, potent magic of its own. Within the borders of Grey Haven, all supernaturals are rendered mundane... and they become completely human. 11:17 am [blueridge]	Asheville has been proclaimed to be a "New Age Mecca" as well as "the new freak capital of the US". Most people overlook these statements made by the media, because most of Asheville's residents live there because it was named one of the top seven places to live in the US, it's location in the mountains and surrounding areas is ideal, and life moves at a slower pace in the South. For many years supernatural creatures of all shapes, sizes and backgrounds had been migrating to this city in the Blue Ridge Mountains. None of them can quite put their finger on why they were drawn there, but there was a pull that they just couldn't ignore. Supernaturals were content to live alongside humans in quiet; swaying them to the light or dark side or simply being content to live in peace. But then things began to change. During the summer of 2010 a group of supernatural radicals decided that they were tired of hiding in the shadows, and they began an uprising. The uprising brought much attention to the supernatural community; at first just in Asheville, slowly the nation and then the world. People began looking at each other in a different light as they wondered if their neighbor, co-workers, teachers were supernaturals. Things only got bloodier the longer the uprising went on, and finally a meeting of all the supernatural leaders in the area was called. They decided it was for the best if they revealed themselves to the public, and try to live in peace as they'd done for many years prior. The public cried for justice over the human blood that had been spilt and the leaders were more than happy to oblige. The rebel leaders were publicly tried, and imprisoned for their crimes. Nearly two years have passed since the uprising, and while some humans have grown more comfortable with the idea of supernaturals mingling among them others are not so content with the change. The tension never fully did go away, and those who had begun the uprising hadn't intended for supernaturals to be content living among humans - they were supposed to rule them. With each day that passes some of the humans want stricter laws for supernaturals, and the supernaturals only want the same rights that normal humans have. Some supernaturals have decided to keep their identities secret, and others flaunt their powers in order to gain respect, or sometimes fear from the humans. 7:35 pm [giantleap]	GIANT LEAP Humans have always dreamt and dreamt big. For an entire millennia there were talks and dreams of what was out there - Life on other planets, new worlds to explore and the other fascinating mysteries about the wonders of space, but no one knew for sure. Everyone wanted to know the answers of the universe. On July 20th 1969 the very first human stepped onto the Moon's surface with the famous quote, "This is one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind". Yet, by the time the new century came around, it looked as if there would be no more advancement in space exploration and for a while the answers of space seemed too far for them to reach. That was until the great discovery in the year 2019, when a group of scientists discovered a way to create and maintain artificial gravity, leading to the construction of a space station powered by this artificial gravity. Eventually, in the year 2035 the artificial gravity was successfully used in the construction of the first habitable city on the Moon and not long after that Mars. The year is now 2353 and mankind has been in space for over three hundred years. In that time they have made many discoveries, a fair amount good and some not so. Humans have also managed to create many colonies outwith the Sol system and are now widely known across the galaxy. A year ago when the galaxy thought they had found everything, humans discovered their first species of alien that had never been discovered before by anyone. That was the latest greatest achievement for mankind and they are not planning to stop there. This is giantleap, where you will step into the lives of those traveling across the universe. Gellert Grindelwald killed Albus Dumbledore on a muggle street and rose to power. Nothing is like it should be. It wasn't long before Grindelwald extended his power to the muggle world as well as the magical world. Halfbloods, muggleborns, and even muggles live in fear. Breaking boundaries and rewriting old laws, he controlled everything he could see. Unhappy with just that, he stretched his power, spanning countries. The Class of the Chrysanthemum rose early against the dark dictator, only to be broken into factions when their leader, Cassiopeia Black, met her untimely death at the end of Grindelwald's wand. Still the Class of the Chrysanthemum fought on in factions, not knowing who to trust. It's war, but no one seems to know it. The game is set in 2001 currently. Grindelwald's is coming out publicly, eventually, with his relationship with Vlad Tepelus. The plot and arcs depend and focus on the reactions of the characters over Grindwald's decisions, his new leadership role and loyalty, and the actions he takes as a consequences that effects all. The plots also focus on relationships of current characters that unfold. Once a month, the mods plan an event for the game. Reopened March 5th, 2012! Sam is on his own now that Dean is in Hell, trying to make deals with Crossroads Demons and anyone who's willing to sell. Ruby's presence is lacking until she returns from Hell to assist Sam in honing his otherworldly powers. Bobby may or may not be drunk, depending on the day. Outside of human and Hunter knowledge, both Angelic and Demonic forces are preparing for what will likely be a full scale war. The Demons and Lilith are doing their best to continue breaking the seals needed to release Lucifer from the box. The Angels are preparing for the worst and setting into motion plans to pull the eldest Winchester brother from the Pit. The question that remains is: how does your character react to and live within a world that is changing so drastically and, oftentimes, in an unnoticed manner? While the general populace may be blissful in their ignorance, those who are more in the know of darker forces can certianly feel something on the horizon. 11:06 pm [quantummods]	Quantum Suicide: A panfandom RPG on LJ QUANTUM SUICIDE a p a n f a n d o m t o w n o f c h a n g e . Somewhere out there, on a path you never take, lies a small, nondescript town. There's nothing remarkable about the town that anyone can remember. No one important ever had anything to do with the town, but then again...no one important ever avoided the town. In fact, you can't even remember hearing the name of the town before. It's not a particularly memorable name, and even when you do hear it, the name slips away as quickly as it comes. Recently, people have begun to vanish in its vicinity. Then again, maybe they always have, and you've never paid attention to it before. Maybe you still haven't paid attention to it. Certainly, very few have ever gone looking for anyone missing. At a glance, there is absolutely nothing nefarious about the town at all. You know your reason for coming to the town, for passing through it on the way to somewhere, or for investigating what little you have heard of it. There's nothing sinister within its boundaries. The townsfolk are distant, but friendly. They're just the same as any small town might be. You can leave any time you want to. You won't be. The game that wonders what will happen after everyone graduates McKinley High School. Who will leave Lima behind for something more, and who will stay? Life after graduation is bound to be full of excitement and trials. Join us to watch it all unfold. In this RPG you will be able to take your character anywhere. Will Rachel finally be able to live her dreams in New York along with Kurt? How will all relationships work out-- If Finn chooses to work in Burt’s shop, will he and Rachel be able to make it work in a long distance relationship? And how will the new members of New Directions be able to live to the others expectations? It’s all up to you in how you would like to portray these characters. In this game we will be welcoming OC characters. After all, Mr. Schue can’t just let New Directions disappear just because everyone graduated. But with all the others gone or staying in Lima, will they all return to McKinley for a big reunion? It could all happen in Life After McKinley. The game is set in the year 2013, so what will the future hold for the GLEE kids? Even though that this is an AU game, if you would like something that happened in canon on the show you can have that happen. But if you don't want something to happen, for example, Sebastian never tried to put the moves on Blaine then you don't have to have that happen.
