Floating Cast Table + Variations

A fellow RP buddy, [info]themplusme, was in need of an easy-to-edit-later cast table. Seeing that the old floating table is either dead or disappeared, I went and made a new one for her to use and thought other RPers would find it useful. Included are variations in size and uses:

Smashing layouts

Hello! So, I've been looking for a new directory for a game I mod and I always come across such amazing layouts that leave me torn. In the end, I usually smash up a few or change things around to fit the need.

I love Charsheet: Wooden Board and Taken Characters List. LOVE. They're both amazing.

Obviously, Wooden Board is for a character's profile, but I needed it! So, I tweaked, toyed around and all of that fun stuff. Took a few of the codes from Taken Characters List and smashed it all together.

The end result is here. It's not crazy beautiful, but it's simple!



Credit to both original codes are included in the code! Please leave it there.

Text-based Cast List + Flipboard for S3

I have a very simple text-based cast list based off this code that kind of looks like the inside of an address book. It's behind the cut below. You're welcome to use/customise it any way you like. You can also use it as a locations directory/yellow pages of sorts if you've done extensive worldbuilding in your game, or whatever else you can think of.

I also have a couple of PSD files for Flipboard for the Galaxy SIII. That's in the cut below the cast list one. Everything is really simple and no-frilly so it shouldn't be too complicated. I will endeavour to respond to any questions but I don't know much about coding so I might not be able to help.

So when I was doing the coding for my current game, I stumbled across this fabulous post, and I liked the idea. And then I decided that I wanted to give myself a permanent headache make a cast list that uses images instead of icons, and handwriting fonts because those are a pain in the ass pretty, and the crests from Pottermore because I like those, and all the things...so if you want a pretty cast list, aren't as lazy about opening photoshop/gimp/etc as I am, and don't care about it being slightly large and impractical, this is the cast list for you!

Harry Potter Taken Character Tables

I was bored and didn´t want to do my schoolwork, therefore I coded Hogwarts-themed taken-character tables. They are very simple and I hope ones like this haven´t been made million times before. Perhaps someone will find them useful.

I like my codes simple with a lot of information on little space. Hover over the character image to see the name of the character and the player, click the picture to be taken to the character profile.

Student ID (Single and Shuffling Table)

Hot on the trail of my self-shuffling alphabetize-able character table, I've made this:

AND I've made code so that you can insert it into a DIV table in alphabetical order so you don't have to shuffle and rearrange every time you add someone! Check out the code HERE!

The version to paste into the table also includes hover text for a PB name and a link to the journal. Two images required, but both are 100x100 so you can use a player's icon and upload your school logo to an icon slot. Let me know if something isn't clear.
