Hi! I was wondering if anyone knew of icon makers who are taking requests? I've found a DVD screener of Les Mis that I can cap if someone would be willing to turn them into icons? Any and all help would be appreciated! I know of a Javert, Jean Valjean, Cosette, Fantaine, and Marius that would be very thankful!

Im not sure if this is the right place for it, but does anyone know of any active icon making communities? Everyone I come across is either long-time dead or long-time not taking requests. Help?
