RULES

THE CODE


HOW TO MODIFY
Storylines! The first is an open story line. The second is a closed storyline (the username is linked to the character's journal). I was actually going to write up a tutorial about how to do the background image on the second, but it's been so long since I learned that I've totally forgotten. If someone else wants to do it, though, that would be pretty badass. Also, since it's made of tables, if you copy and paste table around the icon in the same TD as the first icon, you can have two in one. Icon as usual from [info]instaemo.

Ha, I live in Athens. Everyone's pretty chill and at least half of them are fairly liberal. I used to live in Elberton so the FTL makes total sense.

Well, it looks very brilliant and different from the things I've seen here. And it was some bamf wiggling.

I know Athens! A lot of people from here went there after high school. I'm about 40 minutes from Savannah, but 40 minutes is enough so that it stops being quaint southern charm and is instead flat out redneck.

I can throw up a post later once I figure out how to get it to make sense to other people, haha! Also, thanks for helping with the code to this table. I want to say that you've always been a doll to me when I ask for help, even though I've probably harassed you 800+ times on various screen names and journals.

Because Athens is pretty bamf as most everyone here is from out of town. Where you live sounds like Elberton (the highlight of the town was a granite museum and my neighbors were a UFO enthusiast and preacher... 'nough said). So, I do not at all envy you. But I have to ask: how many Paula Deen jokes do you get about living near Savannah?

!! I wish my neighbors were UFO enthusiasts. That could be more interesting, at any rate. I live in a college town so the only things here are fast food restaurants and drunk kids. ;_;

Ah, I'm not sure if I was coming across incorrectly the first time, but I was actually talking about the table you posted here. I fiddled with it a bit and I'm not sure it's actually possible to get the text to wrap since they appear to be two different tables. I might just have to deal with putting an icon in a regular table and sticking it to the left.

This was totally what I was looking for. I'm in a game and just wanted to catalogue what other shops/cafes/whatever might be in Diagon Alley and I was all Ooh Yay! when I saw this.

Question I had though, was there any way to have the icon 'anchored' in some way at the top of the cell rather than in the center? As it looks a bit strange if you happen to have more than a paragraph of text in the box alongside.

LINK - I was wondering if you might be able to help me with a bit of the coding... Between where it says Shopping District and then Restaurants etc, I was wanting to put a sort of 'table of contents' box. So that when you click on a link it'll take you to that section like you have here.

I was wanting the box to have the same bg as the other boxes there, and the font the same orange as the place names, overall looking a little like ...or just something that looks appealing.

I hope that that made sense.
