so i was trying to clean up my photoshop stuff and i accidentally deleted all of my icon making actions. does anyone still have the action that ~thehungergame posted all those months ago or does anyone have any actions/tutorials they wouldn't mind sharing? i'll be honest and say that the sort of glowy icons are the ones that i like the most, as long as they arent overly blurry! thank you.

Is there such thing as a UI layout, where I can display a photo, some links below it and to the right of those two spot have a scrollable customizable area? I tried using THIS and editing it for UI purposes, but it does not work on the user info. LOL! Something like it though, is what I'm aiming for! Please help?
