AD help

I'm having a few issues. I'm usually pretty good at figuring out what I did wrong, but I just can't. It's driving me crazy. I wanted to use this for an ad. I made the banners and all of that jazz.

That's the code I have with everything in it already.

And it's coming out looking like this )

The person who posted the code, deleted the journal, but if anyone could help, I'd be thrilled.

HELP?

Okay. So. I keep majorly failing at trying to get this small bit of code to do what I want it to. Maybe you all at rp_tutorials can help!

Basically, all I'm trying to do is get the "First Tower" and "Second Tower" lists side by side, leaving the building name and blurb sections where they are. I've been fiddling with it for the better part of an hour and have only managed to frustrate myself. My brain KNOWS that this is just a simple little fix, but for some reason I just can not get it to work the way I want it to. :/

Any help would be appreciated!

Problems Making GIFs in Photoshop [Solved]

Until recently, I've been pretty decent at cutting my own videos with YouTube Downloader and making GIFs out of them, but then out of nowhere, I started running into a quality issue. Now, I'm not sure whether it's just this particular video that I cut because I haven't found the patience to try anything else at the moment, but it's driving me up a wall. I've tried several times now, but I keep getting the same results.

I don't know all the technical lingo, but I do believe the problem I'm having is called banding. In other words, every GIF I save under any setting (I keep referring to Google with my problems) comes out with wavy lines of color that weren't there before. I'm aware there's a speed problem with this particular GIF.

I'm not worried about that because I can fix it myself, but this quality issue is really starting to annoy me. What am I doing wrong?
