RP: A time for contemplation...
Who: Les, Pancakes, Scott and wittle-baby inside her
Where: ~~Scott's~~ Scott and her House (The Awesome House or so she has deemed it)

Les relaxed back on the couch with Pancakes on her chest. It had been a few days since Scott had given her the bunny and she decided that she would start to pet him and give him as much attention as she could at least.

She had gotten up early once again to morning sickness and it was needless to say that she couldn't wait till that part of the pregnancy would be over. She didn't like being sick at different parts of the day. She already was craving various different foods that she normally wouldn't eat, ie: BBQ and lemon mirangue pie, it was only a wonder what she would crave next.

She closed her eyes some and thought about how much had changed in the past year as her hand slid over Pancakes' head. Just this time last year, Scott and her had their "relationship", she was working, he was working, she was living at home, he was living wherever the road and jobs took him, she would see him a few times out of the year and most of the time he was gone - that part, she was happy had changed. They had went from being 'lovers' to 'boyfriend/girlfriend' to being fiance's in a matter of months. They had also went from living apart to living together in a matter of a couple of months as well.

Les was happy with all the changes, even if a part of her was a little scared at how rapidly everything had seemed to changed. She knew there would be more changes in store - body, mind and spirit - in the next eight to seven months especially but she could handle them. She was strong, and if she wasn't she probably wouldn't be here right now. If she hadn't grown stronger from her past dealings with whatever the Logan thing was, she probably wouldn't have been able to deal with the relationship Scott and her had previously.

She had everything she had wished for when she was growing up. She had a good job she loved doing and was in the process of building up her own business, she had family and friends who supported her and loved her, she was independent and knew even if things got hard, she could make it through anything and that's what she's always wanted.

Les smiled, yes she was very content with everything in her life. She knew things would be different as the pregnancy went on and after the baby was born but she was ready. She knew Scott and her would try to take out time for themselves, or at least hoping they would while also giving their child the support and love that he/she needed.

There was so much to be done, doctors appointments, wedding details, baby details, business details, Scott's business details...so much to think about and do - she wasn't sure how it was all going to be done. She knew they would though, everything always managed to get done. It would take time and nothing had to be done right now, so there was a bright side of that. She just needed to relax and not let herself get too stressed out. She heard stress was bad for the baby and she didn't want anything to harm him/her.

Les cleared her mind and focused on her breathing while petting the soft bunny who was shifting on her chest. She opened her eyes some and watched him with a soft smile. "Do you want to be put down, little one?" she asked softly while rubbing his ears. His nose twitched as he looked around then settled on her chest again. She smiled and rest her head back on the arm of the couch again.

Les wondered when Scott would be back from his appointment and hoped it would be soon.

	Scott walked in thirty minutes later and shut the front door behind him, locking it. He then set down his portfolio before walking into the living room and smiled softly at the sight of Pancakes and Les. Walking over to them, he was glad that Pancakes had gotten use to Les and him, plus it made her happy. (Reply to this) (Thread)

She smiled up at him, "course they did. You're gifted and your pictures show it." She nodded confidently then watched him pet Pancakes. The bunnies head leaned into Scott's head which caused her to grin softly. "He likes you," she grinned up at Scott. "We've just been laying here getting more acquainted, least after the morning sickness part of my day. Also, I've just been thinking mainly."

She smiled and kissed his jaw softly, "it's just the truth, handsome. But you're welcome." She watched him rub Pancake's head and smiled softly before looking up at him. "I am too. I'm glad he likes the both of us," she nodded. "Yup, it has been a relaxing day. Which is good. Yes, definitely minus the sickness part," she made a face before grinning. "Do you want me to move a little so you can lay down too? Or are there things you need to get done?"

She loved spending time with him like this and released a sigh of contentment. "Mhm, it is," she murmured and smiled softly while continuing to pet Pancakes.

She started to sense the bunny getting restless and debated about setting him back in the playpen. She opened her eyes and looked down at Pancakes with a soft smile, "you want to be set down, Pancakes?" She watched his head move so he could look up at her and smiled softly as his nose twitched. "Hm, need to go set him down," she said as she slowly sat up, careful of Pancakes on her chest. She stood a few minutes later and walked over to the playpen to set him down. She kissed his furry head softly, sat him down and walked back over to Scott with a smile.

Scott watched her set down Pancakes with a soft smile then smiled at her as she walked back over to him. He shifted so he was relaxing back and brought her down onto his lap gently. "Hm, think this is my favorite part of coming home," he said softly with a soft smile. He loved just being with her; whether it was holding her, talking with her, making love to her, and so on.

	Les grinned softly as he brought her down onto his lap and relaxed back into him. She could feel her grin getting bigger as he said that holding her and being with her was his favorite part of coming home. 	She laughed softly and grins up at him, "Oh?" She couldn't help but lick her lips at the last thought. I think I'd have preferred the last option over tickling," she grinned up at him. She grinned and nodded her head some, "mhm, I would have." She couldn't help but roll her eyes playfully, "yes, I know. I like it too sometimes," she whispered playfully up at him. Her eyes closed a little when she felt his hand on her stomach and smiled, resting her hand over his and sighed softly in contentment. There was something growing inside of her. Right at that very moment. It was a thought she could sometimes hardly believe.

He chuckled softly, "Good to know," he whispered back playfully with a grin. Smiling, he held her closed and rests his head against her head some. He couldn't wait for the day they became husband and wife, and he couldn't wait for the day their child was born.

He didn't care if it was boy or girl, he'd love it equally. Of course, he knew he'd be very over protective if it was a girl, but he'd try to at least let her date by 18 years old. Then again, he was pretty sure Les would persuade him otherwise, he thought with a smile. Either way, he couldn't wait.

She grinned softly and kissed his neck softly. "I thought you'd like to know that," she murmured with a grin. There were so many things coming in their lives that she couldn't wait for. She couldn't wait for the day to be Alessandra Morrison. She couldn't wait for the day to find the sex of their baby (although it wouldn't matter to her regardless). She couldn't wait to have their baby and watch Scott be the best father she knew he would be.

"Mm so you have a job to do for tomorrow?" she looked up at him softly. "I thought maybe you and I could go take a walk together - well either tonight or do some exploring tomorrow if you're off."

She smiled softly and kisses his lips softly. "Alright. So another morning I get to put up with morning sickness by myself," she grinned teasingly up at him - but knowing that he loved what he did and he had the talent so not wanting that to go to waste.

"Alright, well if we feel up to it tonight then we can go tonight but otherwise, we have a date for tomorrow," she grinned softly and kissed his lips softly again.

"I'll be back as soon as I can though," he grinned down at her, hating to not be there but knowing that at least having the jobs in the morning then he would get to spend the rest of the day with her.
