It hadn't been that long since Sara had come back to Starling. She'd been in Gotham for a while, but after a bit it had seemed kind of pointless. If she was going to stay in the USA, she might as well be home. No one else had been protecting the City, and Starling was in need of someone. Without the Arrow, it might as well have been her.

Oliver had finally arrived. She'd pretty much given up on the idea that he would get here. She was alone from her world, and everyone expected her to be her mom or sister. It was hard, it was weird, but that wasn't anything new.

To see him arrive was a relief, but also something she didn't think she would have to go through again. He didn't have the memories that she did. Their time together never happened for him. The fight to save Starling had never happened, and now she had to catch him up. Was he even going to believe half of the things she told him? Sara wasn't even sure when he was from, she hadn't asked.

She knew exactly where to find the stairs down into the 'Arrow Cave.' She couldn't count the number of times she'd been here since coming back to Starling, or since she had arrived the first time. It felt safe, and it was a good place for her to work out. She was obvious about her arrival, letting the door slam behind her and not bothering to make her arrival quiet. "Ollie?"

[Hal knew he couldn't avoid what happened at the hotel forever, but couldn't didn't mean wouldn't, and staying on patrol was a damn good way at keeping the memories anywhere but at the forefront of his thoughts. Adding to his desperate bid for avoidance was the fact that they were in Gotham, where something was always going down (seriously, was there something in the water that attracted crime?) and it was almost like forgetting. Almost.

He kept them out until he was feeling that sated-not-quite-exhaustion, like after a particular good workout or a particularly strenuous fight. It was a good thing. It meant he'd get a few decent winks tonight after he took the Canary back to the Manor and started the introductions.

Jotting down a quick message to let them know he was inbound, he concentrated long enough to create a fighter jet, much like he had the last time they met with the exception of having two seats instead of one and popped the canopy open for her.] Ready to go meet the League?

[She is overly excited to share this information with Kitane, and in her excitement she doesn't mark this as private just between them. She's sitting at home in her apartment in Metropolis, typing away on her laptop beside an open window, dressed in comfy pajamas at the moment.]

Kitane! There is someone here who speaks my language. Can you believe it? It was the person whose body switched I with. Isn't that exciting? I can't believe it. She learned the language for a job and she can read and write it very well.

So, not a very weird dream then. What was that all about?

[ Arriving in Gotham with just a bag she had been carrying on the ship wasn't completely unnerving. It was weird, but so far it didn't feel like any situation she couldn't handle. She agreed to meet Hal, who apparently knew totally different Oliver than she did. It was hard to wrap her head around the idea, but Sara was just going to have to accept it and move on. She had told him her location, and found a better place for her to wait.

Sara had positioned herself on the top of a library, it was just the building she had ended up on. It looked nothing like Staring, Sara was pretty sure it was the other coast all together. It was apparently just as dangerous. But she had her weapon, her sonic weapon, and her disguise, (minus the jacket) if she really needed to get into something. But for now she waited at the edge of the library roof, listening to what was happening around her, and starting to piece together a layout of her current section of the city from where she was. ]
