Letter to Alfred P
[All struck through words are still visible.]
Assuming that Bruce is as bad as I suspect he is, and the rest of us are no better, I'm leaving this information for you.
As I'm sure you know, a funeral home will have to be contacted. I'm not sure who's going to be up for it, but it might have to be you. I don't know [...] what everyone wants to see him buried in, but I think the Talon suit would be best. It was Damian's, he made it; it's a part of who he
is was. They might want a Batsuit or a Robin one, but please don't let them inter him in a penguin suit. I cleaned him up as best I could.
The zebras. I proposed the idea of using them to start a petting zoo and Damian seemed to like the idea. I don't know if anyone would be interested in doing that, but it's surely an option for their long term care. If no one is, contact Richard at the London Zoo. He handles their zebras, and while we were there, he and Damian had a long talk about them. They might be interested.
[...] Finally, there was a group of kids that were hurt by Crane several years ago. I don't know if he was keeping up with them, but he might have been. They lost a lot. We gave them enough money to have a decent Christmas two years ago, and I set up a trust fund for each of them.
Don't ask where the money came from. [Account details.] They get paid the interest every year around this time, with a lump sum available to them on their 18th birthdays. I'll have the account switched to your name if you can make sure that someone checks in on them.
[...] I know you didn't meet him when he was at his best, but we love him. I love him.
Please take care of him.
